Service Cancellation

Clients can request service cancellation before the work has started. Once the project or service has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once the work has been initiated. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the service stage.

Partial Refund

In some cases, if the project is cancelled at an early stage, a partial refund may be considered after deducting the work already completed.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as digital work, account setup, listing creation, or completed design work are non-refundable.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Company Rights

Our company reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests depending on the project status and work completed.
